Where's the source code? All I could find was this,

www.os-rc.com/files/viewcategory/7-software

with a RAR archive of some files, none of which are newer than 17 May 2012. Also, what license did you intend to use? The source comments claim full copyright to "rdGizmo For You LTD", yet other language posted on os-rc.com suggests the code is Creative Commons.

Thanks for any clarifications on licensing and version control!

OSRC is currently only in English :) so i do not know what other language you can see. Try scrolling the page down and you shall surely find the license. Once downloading files the license is also mentioned again.

I have absolutely no idea how you landed on the archives or from what site but the files are in the "Files" section.

Which licensing scheme(s) are you using? Do you have a more current repository? Maybe the stuff from last spring is old.

I don't concentrate on the date text in code, when i was creating the system i was mostly interested in its functionality :)

The License is mentioned on the website at the very bottom and it is the one everyone should know about.

I released most of the mechanics and the Base code of the older unit version. Once the new system is released and production is at an end for the Second version i shall concentrate on the Open Source community and community development. Seems to be a bit waste of time right now since i am the only one who has the control :)

PS: Please change your E-mail in the forum details to a valid address. The hosting is bugging me about an invalid (fake) E-mail since the forum sends notifications.

Very well. If that's the case, please remove claims of being open source. Also, Creative Commons seems not to apply.

Clearly you sound like a dedicated Open Source supporter and contributor who understands the Open Source regulations and legal ramifications that licensing implies.

Since i have only positive intentions towards any Open Source community, may it be hardware or software and merely am trying to present a great system to all RC enthusiasts and professionals, i remain a human being and cannot possibly know everything about every subject.

Perhaps it would be a good idea if you could contribute your knowledge as well as experience and help OSRC rectify any Open Source license errors or conflicts so that all other Open Source supporters like your self could look back and present the project as an example to any other community newcomers.
