Indeed, funding is one of the constant headaches i have to deal with and comes with the Open Source territory. Very few people realize how much is actually needed to produce a quality product and make it function properly.

The idea you are trying to achieve sounds quite ambitious, but as long as you know what you are doing nothing is impossible (take as an example OSRC )
